Welcome to Flavour Social! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Flavour Social, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy from time to time. You can always find the newest version of both the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on our website. The newest version is the version that applies to you as the user.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Flavour Social, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use any part of our Service.

4. Answering Questions

Flavour Social allows users to match with each other by pairing users together who gave the same answers to questions. While we strive to provide an enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that users will find suitable matches. You must answer questions truthfully in order to have the best quality matches.

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content on the service if we believe it violates the terms of use or we are required to do so by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Flavour Social, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Flavour Social or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or our reputation.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

We do not verify the actual identity of users or verify that users’ information is correct. We do not actively moderate any content which users may publish, upload or create on the Services. We are not liable for the accuracy or inaccuracy of any content on our services. We are not liable for any events that occur between users on or off the services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flavour Social will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Third-Party Platforms

We exclude all liability for the content of Third-Party Platforms to which you may be redirected. The use of Third-Party Platforms is governed by their own terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and courts within Scotland shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Application “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Application and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

13. Child Safety

Flavour Social is an adults-only service. Individuals under the legal age of majority are strictly prohibited from using the app. It is a criminal offense to use Flavour for the distribution, storage, or sharing of any content that visually depicts minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, and computer-generated imagery. Any material found to meet the definition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be immediately removed. Users associated with such content will be permanently banned from the platform and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

At Flavour, we take a zero-tolerance approach to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). All reports of suspicious content or user behaviour will be thoroughly investigated, and legal action will be pursued when necessary. Flavour users are encouraged to report any content they believe may constitute CSAM. Reports can be submitted via our dedicated support email or through the in-app reporting feature.
